Mr. Dhruba Narayan Ghosh is the Chairman Emeritus of ICRA Limited and has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. Mr. Ghosh has extensive experience in the fields of finance and administration, having worked as Secretary, Department of Production & Supplies, Ministry of Defence; Chairman of State Bank of India; Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Philips India Limited and Larsen & Toubro Limited; Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow; Chairman of Management Development Institute, Gurgaon; and Chairman of the Peerless Group of Companies.
