ICRA Limited, a credit rating agency registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, no longer holds any relationship or association with any entity or person in the capacity of marketing associate or advisor for providing any referrals/leads to ICRA for its credit rating business.

ICRA advises the public at large not to deal with any entity or person claiming itself/himself to be a marketing associate or advisor of ICRA. ICRA does not take the responsibility of any such acts, deeds, commitment and things of whatsoever nature.

Further, it is hereby clarified that ICRA does not give or issue any advance or indicative ratings.

This is to bring to the notice of all concerned that ICRA Limited has not issued or assigned any rating or certificate or grading, whatsoever to Permanent Capital Financial Limited (“Permanent Capital”), Bangalore or have any relation with Permanent Capital.

Permanent Capital is exhibiting / using a copy of a certificate dated June 04, 2021 titled "NSIC ICRA Performance and Credit Rating" bearing ICRA's logo indicating that ICRA has issued it a NSIC rating of SE1.

We hereby notify and cautions the investors and public at large about such fraudulent and illegal act of Permanent Capital. Hence, we strongly advise all concerned not to rely on any certificate or rating allegedly issued by ICRA to Permanent Capital Further, ICRA has never authorized or permitted Permanent Capital to use ICRA's name or logo in any manner whatsoever.

ICRA shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any reliance or use of the certificate or rating.

This is to bring to the notice of all concerned that ICRA Limited has not issued or assigned any rating or certificate or grading, whatsoever to Create Wealth Financial Limited (“Create Wealth”), Mumbai or have any relation with Create Wealth.

Create Wealth is exhibiting / using a copy of a certificate dated June 04, 2021 titled "NSIC ICRA Performance and Credit Rating" bearing ICRA's logo indicating that ICRA has issued it a NSCI rating of SE1.

We hereby notify and cautions the investors and public at large about such fraudulent and illegal act of Create Wealth. Hence, we strongly advise all concerned not to rely on any certificate or rating allegedly issued by ICRA to Create Wealth. Further, ICRA has never authorized or permitted Create Wealth to use ICRA's name or logo in any manner whatsoever.
