The PLI scheme was launched in 14 sectors to boost manufacturing and exports, reduce imports, attract investments and technology, and to make Indian manufacturers globally competitive.

Design Linked incentive (DLI) - B 

 The DLI scheme aims to offer financial incentives as well as design infrastructure support across various stages of development and deployment of semiconductor design over a period of five years.
