The years-to-sell (YTS) witnessed a reduction in MMR to 1.5 years as of December 2025 from 2.3 years in March 2021, driven by healthy sales momentum. 

The YTS is likely to remain comfortable at 1.4-1.5 years as of March 2026 and as of March 2027, with sales slightly outpacing launches.
