Five state governments raised Rs. 186 billion through SGS on May 5, 2026, 27.9% below the Rs. 258 billion initially indicated for this week, on account of non participation by Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Punjab and West Bengal. 

On a YoY basis, the issuance on May 5, 2026 was 18% lower than the Rs. 228 billion raised in the same week last year.
